Terms and Conditions for SliqArt

Effective Date: February 10, 2026

1. Intellectual Property & Limited License

All digital artwork, designs, and content available on sliqart.com are the exclusive property of SliqArt.

  • Personal Use Only: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the artwork for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or share the digital files with third parties. Modification of the artwork for the purpose of resale or commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

2. Digital Products & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

  • No Refunds: Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Exceptions: If a file is proven to be corrupted or defective, SliqArt will provide a replacement of the same file. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to report technical issues.

3. Accuracy of Displays & Color

We strive to display our art as accurately as possible. However, because the physical representation of digital art depends on your hardware and printing process:

  • Color Variance: SliqArt does not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Colors may vary significantly between your screen and the final printed product due to monitor settings, printer calibration, and paper quality.

4. User Accounts & Social Logins

When you create an account via Google or Facebook social login:

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Termination: SliqArt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

5. User-Generated Content

If you post reviews or upload photos of SliqArt products (“User Content”):

  • License to Use: You grant SliqArt a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Standards: User Content must not be illegal, obscene, or defamatory. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

6. International Privacy (GDPR & CCPA)

We value your privacy, especially when processing international payments via PayPal.

  • Data Handling: By using this site, you acknowledge that your data (Name, Email, Payment Info) is processed to fulfill your order.

  • EU/US Rights: Residents of the EU (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have specific rights regarding data access, deletion, and portability. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed instructions on how to exercise these rights.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SliqArt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital products or the inability to use our website.
