Frequently Asked Questions Services Products Website

Every piece in our collection is an exclusive digital creation available only at sliqart.com. Our designs are uniquely inspired by the bold textures of Van Gogh and the fluid elegance of modern watercolors. When you shop with us, you are getting high-end, sophisticated art that isn’t found in mass-market stock libraries.

SliqArt specializes in instant digital downloads. This means you receive your art immediately after purchase, allowing you to print it on your choice of material—be it canvas, fine art paper, or metal—without waiting for shipping.

Yes. Your purchase includes a licence to use the artwork for personal use and for commercial display, such as in a home, office, shop, restaurant, studio or rental property. What isn’t included is reselling, redistributing or sharing the digital files with others, or using the artwork to create products for sale (prints, posters, merchandise, print-on-demand, etc.). See our Terms & Conditions for the full licence details.

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with secure links to your files. Our high-resolution art is hosted via lightning servers to ensure lightning-fast and reliable downloads.

You will receive high-resolution JPG files rendered at 300 DPI. This is the professional industry standard for sharp, gallery-quality printing.

No. We believe in total accessibility for our clients. You can download your files as many times as you like, ensuring you always have access to your art if you switch devices or lose a file.

Every purchase includes 5 different aspect ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14, and 5:7). These ratios allow you to print in over 20 standard frame sizes. Please note that our collections are currently designed in Portrait orientation to provide the best vertical aesthetic for modern home decor.

You can print your files at home for instant decor, or take them to a local professional print shop. For the best results, we recommend using heavyweight matte paper or textured fine art paper to truly capture the watercolor and brushstroke details.

To maintain the artistic intent and quality of our pieces, we currently offer art in Portrait orientation only. We do not offer custom resizing at this time, but our 5 included ratios cover almost all standard retail framing options.

Digital art makes a perfect last-minute gift! Simply complete the purchase using the recipient’s email address at checkout, and the download links will be delivered directly to their inbox.

We are here to help. If you experience any technical issues, please contact our support team at info@sliqart.com. We operate during Florida business hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET) and will ensure you get your files promptly.

These styles offer a timeless blend of textural movement and modern minimalism. Our Van Gogh-inspired pieces capture the iconic post-impressionist brushstrokes, while our watercolors provide a softer, sophisticated touch. Together, they create a luxury aesthetic that elevates any modern interior.

DPI stands for Dots Per Inch. A 300 DPI file is the professional benchmark for high-definition printing. It ensures that even when you print at large sizes (like 24×36″), the brushstrokes and color gradients remain sharp and clear without any pixelation or blurring.

First, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there. If it’s not there, ensure your payment was completed. You can always log in to your SliqArt account to access your downloads directly from your dashboard.

Yes, you can view the JPG files on any mobile device. However, for the best experience and to maintain file integrity, we recommend downloading them to a computer when you are ready to send them to a professional printer.

To keep delivery fast and organized, your 5 ratio files are bundled into a single compressed archive (.7z format). Most computers can open this with a free tool such as 7-Zip (Windows) or The Unarchiver (Mac) if it doesn’t open automatically — just extract the archive to access your high-resolution JPGs.

For a modern look, we recommend thin-profile frames in black, gold, or natural wood. Using a white mat/mount inside the frame will give your watercolor pieces a professional, gallery-style finish.

To maintain the intended composition and detail of our current collections, we specialize in Portrait (Vertical) orientation. This orientation is ideal for entryways, bedroom walls, and office spaces. We do not offer landscape versions at this time.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with world-class payment gateways like PayPal. SliqArt never sees or stores your full credit card details.

No. Each purchase is a non-transferable licence for personal and commercial display. If a friend loves your art, we’d appreciate it if you directed them to sliqart.com so they can support original digital creators!

At SliqArt, we embrace the future of creativity. Our collections are AI-augmented digital creations, meticulously developed through a fusion of cutting-edge generative technology and human artistry.

Rather than simply “generating” an image, our studio applies professional art direction and digital painting techniques to every piece. This ensures that every high-resolution file meets our strict standards for luxury, sophisticated color palettes, and the specific “painterly” textures—like our signature Van Gogh-inspired strokes—that define the SliqArt brand.

This modern approach allows us to create original, exclusive designs that are perfectly optimized for large-scale printing.

By combining AI’s limitless imagination with our studio’s refined eye for interior design, we provide you with unique wall art that captures the soul of traditional styles (like watercolor and post-impressionism) with the precision of the digital age.

No. Every SliqArt piece is exclusive to sliqart.com. Because our creation process involves custom art direction and proprietary refining techniques, you won’t find our specific compositions, color grades, or textures anywhere else in the world.

Absolutely. While many AI images are low-resolution, SliqArt pieces are specifically engineered for large-format printing.

Every file is delivered at 300 DPI, ensuring that even at our largest recommended sizes, the art remains sharp, vibrant, and free of digital artifacts.

Yes. By choosing digital downloads from SliqArt, you are significantly reducing the carbon footprint associated with international shipping and physical warehouse storage. You also eliminate paper waste by only printing exactly what you need, when you need it.

We use AI as a collaborative tool, not a replacement for artistry. Our studio ensures that all creative outputs are heavily modified and refined to create unique works that do not infringe on the specific likeness of living artists. We view our process as a modern evolution of the “Digital Studio.”

Our files are exported in the sRGB color space, which is the most compatible profile for both web viewing and most consumer-grade professional printing services. This ensures that the gold and charcoal tones in our brand palette translate accurately from screen to paper.

We use a low-compression JPG setting to maintain a balance between manageable file sizes and maximum visual fidelity. This ensures you get all the subtle watercolor textures without the “noise” or artifacts often found in standard internet images.
