At SliqArt, we offer instant access to high-quality digital artwork. Because our products are digital files delivered via internet download, they are deemed “used” after purchase and are non-returnable.

1. No Refunds or Returns

All sales on sliqart.com are final.

  • Digital Nature: Since digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for “change of mind” or accidental purchases.
  • Review Your Order: We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, dimensions, and previews before completing your purchase.

2. Delivery of Digital Assets

Upon a successful transaction, your purchase will be delivered as multiple individual digital files.

  • Individual Downloads: Each asset within your collection is provided as a separate download to ensure maximum image quality and ease of organization.
  • Quantity Safeguard: Our system is strictly configured to allow a maximum quantity of one (1) per product per transaction. This technical safeguard prevents you from accidentally purchasing duplicate copies of the same digital art collection.

3. Technical Issues & Replacements

While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive functional files.

  • Corrupted Files: If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., a file is corrupted or will not open), please contact us at info@sliqart.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • Resolution: If we verify a technical defect, we will provide replacement links for the affected files at no additional cost.

4. Color Variance

Refunds will not be granted based on color discrepancies. Colors may vary between your screen and your final printed art due to monitor settings, printer calibration, and the specific paper or material used for printing.
