DMCA Copyright Policy & Takedown Procedures

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

SliqArt respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on sliqart.com infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C § 512(c)(3) for further detail):

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a direct URL);
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Counter-Notice Procedures

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Agent containing:

Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, SliqArt has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
